Permanent Teaching Assistant
Required for January 2022
Grade 3 SCP 3 £ £18,562-£18,933 annum (paid pro rata for hours worked)
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm) – Term Time Only
Location: Boney Hay Primary Academy
This is a permanent post. The successful candidate would start in January, at the beginning of the Spring Term.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person with a passion for their chosen profession. Previous experience of supporting pupils with SEND needs will also be beneficial in this role.
You will play a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community. You will be child centred, hardworking, and flexible with high standards and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will provide structured support in accordance with specific work programmes designed and supervised by individual teachers and support the teacher in development and implementation of individual Education/Behaviour Plans.
We are a small academy with approx.184 pupils. We also have site partners: a centre for adults with learning disabilities and a private nursery.
